Application of Excellence Model in Company

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení jakosti ve firmě Continental Barum s.r.o., která působí v oblasti výroby pneumatik. Po zhodnocení současného stavu je ve firmě aplikována metoda EFQM, která ukázala na nedostatky a silné stránky podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je navrhnuto doporučení pro nejvyšší hodnocení podniku dle metody Excelence.This masters thesis is concerned with the quality of the company Continental Barum Ltd., which operates in the tire industry. After evaluating the current situation in the company the EFQM method is applied, which showed the weaknesses and strengths of the company. Based on the findings, there are suggested recommendations for the highest ranking company according to the method of Excellence.
